I love everything about this photo )shape, colors, air bubble) but most especially the tumbling angle of the composition (reminds me of Cezanne's still lifes).
They ain't too bad. I would have liked them to be a bit more firm, but they're still pretty tasty. They're called something like mint truffle kisses or somesuch.
By the way this is the first (and most likely only) time anything I've done has been compared to Cezanne. :)

Love the tiny little air bubble at the top and the detail in the crumbling chocolate at the bottom.
